Well, about your question, I think that is surely more important the fluency and the knowledge of the language than the right examination of the argument of your composition, if you don't do too big mistakes, how for example to write "Stupid the reader"...
For this reason, probably I'm without any hope, unlucky...
But the most impossible mission is the never tried mission, how tell me always my mother...

For a.:
I'm agree, Monorchio is IMVHO (In my very very humble opinion...) probably the best book of public account published in this moment in our country, at least for our purpose...
Or better, I hope so...
And now, again public contracts... Bleah...

ciao fulsere,puoi darmi un aiuto prima di ctapultarti nei contratti pubblici?potresti dirmi l'indice del monorchio, x capire gli argomenti ke tratta?purtroppo nn riesco a reperirlo!ti ringrazio, e ti invito ad affrontare doamni il tema dei contratti..è un pò lunga la questione..ma so però ke tu riesci a studiare finoa notte..inoltrata, perciò buono studio.

Mi permetti qualche consiglio?
Nelle affermative ricordati di mettere il soggetto prima del verbo: hai messo is prima di fluency and knowledge ("I think that the fluency and the knowledge of.. are more important " would be correct)
that's what my mother keeps telling me ("how tell me always my mother" assomiglia un po' "troppo esageratamente" al nostro "come mi dice sempre mia madre". E comunque ricordati la "s" alla terza persona singolare)
I agree (non I'm agree: ribadisco il consiglio, so che è difficile ma hai un mese e mezzo per abituartici: sforzati di non pensare in italiano!!!).
Io ho fatto il linguistico e con le lingua ho svoltato quando la mia professoressa di inglese (una santa) riuscì a farmi capire che proprio quella era la fonte dei miei errori: noi italiani pensiamo in modo complicato, e ci esprimiamo altrettanto complicatamente (bello complicatamente, l'avevi mai sentito?). Se prima di scrivere in inglese pensi in italiano, ti freghi da solo, perché in lingua inglese non hai gli strumenti per tradurre adeguatamente la complicatezza del tuo discorso.

esatto a;!pensare in inglese questo è il segreto con il doppio passaggio si rischia tantissimo...soprattutto con l'inglese!

ad antonio dico non sei il solo che ti misurerai col francese ....ci sarò anch'io, ma sinceramente visto che è il mio pane quotidiano e ci lavoro sono sicura di non lasciare la pagina miseramente in bianco salvo qualche agomento astruso che escluderei!

Fulsere mai usare il "to" prima dei verbi modali (hai scritto "to can")
before or after si traduce con sooner or later
se fai la question tag (isn't it?) la prima parte la devi mettere alla forma affermativa: that's another italian construction, isn't it?

So,yesterday l spoke with a collegue of mine and she said that, in her opinion, the third exam would decide the exit of this "concorso" (how do you say "concorso"?)....
however....I was considering that it's strange the way of value about the three texts...actually, the first day, we have to made a short composition about five arguments...the second one, about three, and the last one, only in english....
but we can pass the exam only if we'll have a good mark in every composition....don't you think it's very strange????

I don't use a dictionary when I write my message here, because during the competition we are not allowed to use it. Writing messages in this forum must be an exercise.
If the third composition will decide who are the winners of the whole examination, I'll get very angry. I can't accept to loose this opportunity because I can't write a composition by English. I accept to be fired if I don't know constitutional law or pubblic accountability...

I think that you have many possibilities to pass the competition. Your english is simple and clear...and i think that it's the best way to write in english. The most important thingh is the comprehension...I mean that it's important that people might understand what you've written.
I make a propose: why don't we try to detect (individuare...from the vocaboulary) some political or international issues and, then, we try to talk about that arguments...so we can find, maybe using the vocaboulary, and learn new words...it could be usefull for the composition...
now, we are trying to speak in english...but i think it's also important to enrich (arricchire) our vocabolary, don't you?

First of all, I believe we all ought to thank a.
By correcting our grammar mistakes, He may let our hopes grow.
He's right when he suggest (to?) me I need a grammar book, I always make a lot of (too many?) mistakes in every sentences.
Anyway, I believe that trying every day new sentences is the only way for improving own vocabulary (as you can see, in this case to I've tryed a new sentence by inserting the word "own". Do you think is it correct?)

SeCiN, I propose you the following corrections:
Il tempestoso tempo britannico SEMBRA finito (molto forzata)
APPENA le autorità hanno sgombrato...(credo vada bene, traduce il doppio as)

I agree with ale, who suggests to find some topic on which debating among us for training. Anyway, I don't know how to start...
What about the death-penalty versus Saddam?

I believe the topic will be different from this, but talking about this will be a useful exercise...

First of all, I believe we all ought to thank a. By correcting our grammar mistakes, He may let our hopes grow. He's right when he suggest (to?) me I need a grammar book, I always make a lot of (too many?) mistakes in every sentences. Anyway, I believe that trying every day new sentences is the only way for improving own vocabulary (as you can see, in this case to I've tryed a new sentence by inserting the word "own". Do you think is it correct?) SeCiN, I propose you the following corrections: Il tempestoso tempo britannico SEMBRA finito (molto forzata) APPENA le autorità hanno sgombrato...(credo vada bene, traduce il doppio as) I agree with ale, who suggests to find some topic on which debating among us for training. Anyway, I don't know how to start... What about the death-penalty versus Saddam? Let's try to explain our opinions I believe the topic will be different from this, but talking about this will be a useful exercise... ps A. BACK to the future...:-))))

can I suggest you to talk about issues which are related to the first two examinations by using the other topic, which is entitled "sspa-I e II prova"? So that we can use this for training with english only
